advice on obtaining a government contract and government loan?

would someone please give me a little information on starting the process. i would appreciate it very much.

1. The government does not give out loans. The SBA will guarantee part of your loan from a bank, if it has a good chance of being repaid. You cannot bid on a contract from the government unless you have been in business at least 2 years. Contact your local SBA office for more information.
