Does anyone know anything about GSA Smartpay Card acceptance?
My business is bidding on a government project and I understand that we will have to accept the government credit card as a form of payment. I talked to my bank and was informed that a business credit card costs 2.5% to process when the card is not actually present. Does anyone know if this is true? Who would do this?

- There is a lower rate available for accepting government cards - like a full 1% lower. My family works in construction and we set it up last year. E-mail me if you want contact info.
