2. Yep...many times over. We veterans were supposed to have full medical and dental for life, that got yanked.
3. It is difficult to show that a Democratic Republic has broken its social contract, since the contract is subject to revision at any time by the electorate. The fact that there is no major movement for recall elections, nor mass emigration, nor armed violence, means that most people think the government is keeping its contract.
