How can this job description be better worded for my resume?

Responsible for phones, primarily scheduling appointments, ordering parts, and seeking additional employees after Hurricane Katrina. Assisted on acquiring government bids, preparing legal paperwork, accounts receivable, filing, faxing, and copying.

  1. I would not say "responsible for phones," it's confusing. Instead, I suggest, "Heavy telephone work. Primarily responsible for scheduling...." Good luck.
  2. perhaps, u can summarize ur works as administration or management works.. basically, preparing legal paperwork is the primary 1 perhaps..so, u can make it as 1 point.. but for others such as phones, appointments, filing, faxing.. its all basically administration works.. as for seeking additional employees, its more or less human resources department works.. so u can quote it as 'human resources'.. im just giving my opinion.. but im not so very sure.. but u can always surf the website .. basically, there is a lot of websites that teach us how to create or prepare the 1st class resume.. good luck..
