Guide to ethical spending of taxpayer money?
My firm recently got a government contract, and we want to be sure we adhere to all federal regulations and ethical guidelines in how it is spent. We already have some budget categories and common sense in how it should be spent (e.g., not on trips to Vegas), but is there a set of ethical guidelines, written by the government, on how to spend taxpayer money that we can refer to?
