Is the Presidents lifting of the off shore drilling ban in response to Americas selling of oil contracts?
to foregn governments so they can make TRILLIONS more without regulation? or? Is it just a big corp play to fill in the dollars to those overseas contracts?

- President doesn't have the power to award any contracts and you know that. He would like to see the drilling ban lifted so that we can rely on our own production instead of OPEC. The bottom line is we need to cut consumption and then the price will drop.
