- I see several options here: Make friends and find out what the lowest bid is and submit a slightly lower bid. Go the Dick Cheney route and make REALLY good friends and then submit a nice profitable bid and it'll get accepted regardless of whether it's the lowest or not. Submit whatever bid you feel is worth your time to do the job.
