In a bid to ensure flight safety, what has the government made mandatory for all aircrafts?

- there's too many.. check out the F.A.A. handbook.
- The increasing number of aircraft in Indian skies and a quantum leap in near-miss incidents has finally got government's attention. In a bid to ensure flight safety, government has made it mandatory for all aircraft operating in the country to be fitted with a new-generation air-borne collision avoidance system (ACAS-II). This system not only identifies and informs the crew about any possibility of a mid-air collision, but also recommends the corrective manoeuvre and the new flight path to avoid a crash.
- Why? Are you a Terrorist and interested in all the things that they are doing to foil your ability to bring down airplanes? If so, then YOU hould contact the Government and turn yourself in... THEY ARE WATCHING YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish you well... (I think) Jesse
