I worked as an independent contractor in RI but work the rest in CO. Do I have to pay RI tax on busines incom?
I was paid wages in CO all year, but indep contracting in RI x3months. My CO income taxes are based on federal income numbers. Do I have to pay RI state tax on my business income in RI?

- Yes you need to file there as a non-resident with source income from RI. A credit for RI tax will be allowed on your CO state return.
