2. Locate your county website or visit your local city hall. Your county website will have a tab that says BIDS and RFPS(request for proposals), there you might find different groupings,i.e. commodities, services, etc... look at several of these to see the BID or RFP package, usually the package will tell you all the specs, information and requirements of the request. good luck!
