Holiday Pay for Employees of Federal Government Contractors?
I am employed by a company that has a service contract with a US government agency. I do understand that in the private sector in general, to offer or not to offer holiday pay is completely up to the employer; is not mandated by law. But what about employment under a government contract? Is the McNamara-O'hara Service Contract Act applicable here? Can you point me to any authoritative resources one way or the other?

- It's unlikely McNamara would apply, but it might be worth a call to the USDOL or the OFCCP.
