1. Well...what else are they going to do Einstein? Its how business gets done. The government had contracts with makers of paper ballets, they have contracts with every acquisition they make. What's funny is, the same people who are suspicious about it now are the same ones who pray for such a contract when a Clinton is in power.
2. I do not vote electronically - it's not secure in my opinion. I vote absentee.
