What does the word "Federal" really mean?
Sorry that it was entered twice---do not have space to give you the research you can do for yourself----Common sense tells you that if your payment of income tax check is deposited somewhere other than to the account of the United States of America Treasury, something is wrong. Look at the endorsement on the back of same. - I almost stopped reading at the point where it stated the "Private IRS". Since the IRS is NOT private, but is in fact a part of the United States Department of the Treasury, I immediately knew this was conspiracy theory nonsense. As I continued reading, my suspicions were confirmed. It is conspiracy theory nonsense. I second Gray Shadow's request for proof. Especially since the Supreme Court case you mention has nothing to do with income taxes, tax law or the IRS. Edit: What does Federal really mean? It means something or some entity that pertains to the central government of the United States. That is your answer. The additional article you post is, as I stated, conspiracy theory nonsense.
