How would advise which gov agencies & /or other sources of info are available for small biz wishing to trade?
If the business is, I and my partner are condering expanding our business into Europe. Please could you advise me on which government agencies and /or other sources of information are available for a small firm wishing to trade in Europe? Also, how would you advise them to minimise the uncertainty of trading in euros if exchange rates fluctuate between the time of agreeing contracts and the time of payment?
