Privacy Act of Canada?
I am looking for a connection between the Privacy Act and how it affects the relationship governments healthcare providers and community based organizations contracted by them. Example: CBO is needing relavant medical history on a client placed in thier organization by the Gov Health Provider. Gov does not want to provide info even with client concent. Is there in the Privacy Act any supporting quotes or does anyone know of a good website for information to get me the answer.
