Contract Finance: Investor needed?

Does anyone know an Angel Investor intrested in investing in a US government contract? My company Free&Ben Inc. had just won a contract worth $5,358,000.00 to deliver 50,000 plastic sheeting to FEMA. See fema website for prove of the contract: http://www.fbo.gov/servlet/Documents/R/1437273 We are trying to secure a letter of credit that will enable our supplier from Vietnam to get the job done. I'm having difficulty meeting Angel Investors intrested in businesses outside of the US. If you are interested, or if the answers below are all you needed on your investment, please contact me at: benicom@email.com. #1. 2. I believe the wall you're hitting is Vietnam not being a member of the WTO yet. Until that happens, it's cowboy capitalism in Vietnam. Unless you're a large international corporation, you're probably going to get screwed by the VN government with payoffs and bribes. Any prudent investor will shun away from that environment. You may want to consider having the business angels back your company instead of the VN company and then you send the money to Vietnam. It's a big risk for you, but probably the fastest way to get your financial backing if you think this deal is going to fly.
  3. You may want to go and pitch your ideas where investors gather. Here are some places where angel investors come and those looking for funding can come and pitch their business plans. Be sure to have a strong business plan and describe what makes your business idea stand apart: Angel Capital Association http://www.angelcapitalassociation.org Angel's Forum http://www.angelsforum.com Band of Angels http://www.bandangels.com Common Angels http://www.commonangels.com Keiretsu Forum http://www.k4forum.com Launchpad Venture Group http://www.launchpadventuregroup.com New World Angels http://www.newworldangels.com New York Angels http://www.newyorkangels.com Prairie Angels http://www.prairieangels.org (charges $125 to submit idea) Robin Hood Ventures http://www.robinhoodventures.com (charges $250)
