Who is competent to decide on the rates mentioned in a works contract of a central government of India.?
i am aclerk working for a central government organization and i have been ordered to decide on the rates to be incorporated in the tender schedule for works contracts. I think i am not competent to decide on the rates and i want to know that who is competent to decide on the rates for items incorporated in the tenders. I hereby request help in this regard.
