yeah - that looks pretty legit. I wouldn't settle for less than double their offer however. don't all legitimate businesses use Yahoo email?
If you never applied for this position, it's a pretty good bet that it's a scam. The attached documents probably ask you for a lot of personal information. Bank accounts, passport numbers, et cetera.
