On average how long can the councils bidding process take?
Me and my partner have been placed in band B we are eligble for 2bedroom propertys now that I am 6months pregnant. I was just wondering how long on average it can take before you place a sucessfull bid as I have heard it can be a very long time. Any help much appreciated
