If my son marries into Congressman's family, will I get Billion dollar open ended no bid Government contracts?

If so will I have to wait for a new budget or does the ca$h immediately start flowing

If you've been to Texas since 2008, you can easily see the difference in economic output when you move up to visit NJ. I live in FL, but i visited family in NJ for Thanks Giving. Trust me, on black Friday, the streets were empty. While here in Florida, we still have jobs and businesses.
