Are employees of Federal Contractors also Federal Contractors?
Legally, am I a Federal Contractor if I am an employee of a Federal Contractor? The reason I ask is because it may affect how much I can donate in an upcoming election in my State. The funds I am donating are entirely my own, but nevertheless I receive a pay check from a Federal Contractor, so I am not sure what category I fall in.
