Hello People! I was watching used car roadshow and realised that you dont need to send your log book to dvla as the auctioneers give you log book direct. Unlike if you buy a car direct from the seller (from autotrader or whatever) usually sends the log book to allert dvla that a car has changed hands...However i was wondering....Do i need my own solicitors when buying a house at an auction? I mean when you buy a house with an estate agent you usually need to get your own solicitors involved to sort the paper work out, but if you buy at an auction do you need to just sign the papers and pick the keys up when you pay...ALSO HOW DOES IT WORK!!! When you bid for a house, how does the procedure actually work, you cant exactly pull out 200k cash and hand it to the auctioneers now can you, so can some please tell me the procedure of buying a house at an auction!!! Thank You NOTE: IM TALKING ABOUT UK HOUSING!!! Hi, If you are going to send me website links, please make sure they answer my question, as so far two links are absolute useless, they have no detail what so ever regarding my subject! Thank you once again!
