I signed a job contract with a government org: in abudhabi UAE after all requirements done they refused me?
i went through all legal requirements ie medical (paid by them) and police check all was perfect but i was refused on unknown grounds , can anyone help me about my legal rights ?

- If you signed a contract where it states that you have been hired by their firm, then they are bound to hire you in some manner. If it stipulates that you must pass all exams and you failed any, then you have no recourse. Legal rights to not being hired?? It's not in the US and you can't PROVE gender, age, or race discrimination, you're out of luck. Even in the US the burden of proof is on YOU and "gut feelings" don't count, it takes concrete evidence in black & white & unless you are the "hiring/firing" guy, the information won't be "available" for you.
