Would you sign the following contract with the federal/state government?

I agree that if the federal and state government do not take any money out of my paycheck for welfare, food stamps, WIC, social security, medicare, and medicaid for me or anyone else, I will never, ever ask the government for help if I become poor or sick. I will rely on family, friends, and charity if I cannot support myself.
