How does Ebay work? Whats the process on buying something?
Okay so there is something that I really want on ebay and i was wondering whats the process I have to go through to order it. Do I really have to bid on it or can I just buy it? Who gets my credit card number? The seller, or ebay? I want to buy something, not sell
