Very little. Keep your liberal hogwash to loony states like California. We have a low sales tax and no income tax. We don't steal money from one group to give to another. We don't place the life of a spotted owl above the life of a human being.

Well, I don't know percentage. In 2005, though, Texas received more than $37,000,000 in Federal Funding and paid just under $7,000,000 to DC. So, essentially, Texas as a state is costing the US more than it's giving. FYI: Some states, like Florida and NY, give more to DC than they get.
I don't know the exact percentage, but it is definitely too much. No more money coming from Washington...but no more money going *to* Washington, either. It is time for us to emulate John Galt and stop the machine of the world before it self-destructs. Like Atlas, we should shrug.
It really matters not. They have in the past and will again come out on top. It might be hard for many to see--but the average Texan is extremely proud of their state and also honor the constitution. If they secede, they will be fine.
