Should Bush Have Let Halliburton Have The Iraq War Contracts Without A Bidding Process?
Do you think one of the ways Bush squandered a 5.7 Trillion Dollar surplus was by letting his buddies at companies like Halliburton have support contracts without having to go through the bid process? Where was the GOP when this wasteful spending was taking place--spending that only helped a corporation's owners and stockholders?

- I don't know. Ask Clinton who signed the order to allow Halliburton to bypass the bidding process.
